Voter's Bill of Rights

1. You have the right to vote by provisional ballot if for any reason you are not able to vote on the regular voting machines.

2. You have the right to be accompanied by and receive assistance from anyone you choose in the voting booth (except for the voter's employer or union agent.)

3. You have the right to vote by machine if you are in line by closing time, which is 8:00 p.m.

4. You have the right to use a valid Delaware Driver's license, a current utility bill, a bank statement, a government check, a paycheck or any other government document with your name and address as proper identification at the polls.

5. You have the right to appeal any decision which refuses you the right to register to vote.

6. You have the right to vote absentee if unable to make it to the polls on Election Day.

7. You have the right to receive a new ballot if you should spoil yours.

8. You have the right to vote without being approached or solicited within 50 feet of your polling place.

9. You have the right to have your polling place open promptly at 7:00 a.m.

10. You have the right to have your polling place close at 8:00 p.m., and not a minute earlier.
